The Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde Basilica

Known to locals as the “Good Mother”, the Basilica watches over and overlooks the Phocaean City. Don't miss the climb to the top of its hill, the view of the city and the discovery of its architecture will seduce you. On foot or thanks to the little tourist train, climbing the Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde hill is a key activity, enjoy en to visit this monument steeped in history.

Catalan Beach

In a few minutes by public transport, but also accessible on foot, we will meet you at the Plage des Catalans. This fine sand beach is the most accessible and family-friendly of the beaches in the Phocaean City. Restaurants and beach volleyball courts dot the Plage des Catalans. In the middle of summer, we advise you to go there early to place your towel by the water! 

The Julien Course

The “Cours Ju”, for locals, is one of the most lively and lively neighborhoods in Marseille. In the heart of the city center, between Noailles and the Old Port, the Cours Julien is worth discovering. Stroll through the alleys of this superb neighborhood and discover the street art, artisan boutiques, musicians, restaurantswith a cozy atmosphere and the farmer and organic market which is held every Wednesday morning.
